Every Tear

I wrote this as a text message to some of my family members on November 9, 2016. This doesn’t come from a place of partisan preference, but rather a place of trusting my Heavenly Father. This is short and sweet, but take the time to listen to the words in the video at the end.

Matthew West wrote this song, Every Tear, on July 7th after all the events happened with the Dallas ambush police attacks, and the first time I heard it my breath was literally taken away. I just found myself crying.

I think this song is applicable today as our country is about to embark on this new chapter, and I think this song is applicable in any situation in life we are going through.

BUT I think the hope of this song and the hope of our world is that one day we won’t have to suffer, one day we won’t have pain and one day we won’t have the sting of death because the Great hope is Heaven! And this song absolutely clings to that truth.

I  wanted to share this song with you and wish that today you can find some hope despite the chaos in our worlds- nationally and personally.
